Mister Everitt

Good microphone ; Great quality webcam

Kinda sluggish could be related to the media in which it was being streamed through

Rosewill RCM-3640HD

Might return this one. My old webcam did just as good and it was a $10 cam 5 years ago.

very cheap. Easy to install and get up and running. Doesn't require much more than the disk and knowing what a usb port is

Picture quality is NO Where near 12MP. The images are more so stretched low quality, than actual 12MP to start

Its Good but not Great

Rosewill delivers good bang for the buck usually and this is no different but I had gotten used to getting exceptional quality from Rosewill, This webcam is not exceptional but it is good.

Autofocus works well, still picture excellent

Video frame rate a little disappointing in general. Requires higher light level to get good video quality then other webcams

Good Camera, Poor Framerate

It's good enough to use for skype conversations to prove to people that I'm alive, but if the video content is very important to the conversation, this is not the right camera.

Has a decent microphone built in. I use it for teamspeak while gaming ; Still quality is as advertised

Framerate is poor. If I move, the picture freezes for a second then produces a blur for another second or two

yeah...

Still nice still images, I guess.

got the replacement unit a few days ago

I guess the framerate problem is a design flaw. In normal lighting it just doesn't get above 3 fps

Very poor

Logitech has never failed me but I gave these people the benefit of a doubt. From the reviews I noticed I'm not the only one who encountered this problem. Joke's on me.

Looks nice

Was able to get 2 frames per second max, which is half the speed of a cheap Chinese camera I have that cost me $3.99 with delivery. Contacted support and representative said to return it ; I guess the joke's on me

something is wrong!

Would be really sweet if I could get even 15 fps. Cheap enough to not be a really big deal. It'll work just great thrown into the back of a drawer and forgotten. I hope my next webcam works better!

Nice clear still images

I can't get over 2 frames per second in XP, Win 7, or Linux. Tried everything I could think of, but fps is always 1.5 - 2 ; Same in all resolutions, even tried hooking it to usb3 - no difference ; Tried several different webcam utilities, but no joy ;...

Good quality

No drivers required.

This cam has a very good resolution, is meant to go on top of screens and does not bother my view. Clear voice microphone, can speak to my distanced friend very easily

Theres no software to take pics with it but I will still sleep tonight
