Cable not long enough, expensive, not Mac compatible

But overall at around £55 while this is one of the more expensive webcams on the market, the build quality and performance are worth the expense.

Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 review

An already good product, the Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 is made better by a 2Mpl Carl Zeiss lens. It also boasts RightLight technology which automatically helps to boost image quality in unpredictable lighting conditions.

The Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 is a bit pricey for a webcam, but the extra money does get you better quality results overall.

Superb camera let down by the lack of software support.

Solid, nicely finished, Carl Zeiss lens, excellent all-round performance

Software is Windows-only

Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000

This is far more than an average web cam , to start with it's 2mega pixel and it has a Carl Zeiss lens. It works well in poor light and it has a great auto focus capability.

Stellar image quality and straightforward software combine to make the Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 webcam unbeatable.

Two-megapixel sensor. Excellent image quality, even in low-light settings. Extremely fast autofocus. Amazingly accurate auto-exposure. Stylish capture software not overly intrusive.

Limited range of movement. Bundled software doesn't offer advanced features like remote monitoring or security. Autofocus occasionally locks up.
