Why all the hatin'?

 

I bought this because the people across the street from me were having some car theft issues. My neighborhood is actually pretty safe but I thought a little of extra security would be great. Obviously the ease of setup was the draw to this product but...

Works as advertised, pretty good quality

No iPhone app integration. You have to pay for a few more features with the software, and live feed is a bit choppy at times. No lens zooming or panning

I will be going with something universal such as a Wifi IP camera in the future that way I won't have to worry about proprietary software.

I'm not taking off any eggs off the cons. Mainly because the camera works as advertised. They never said it would work with 3rd party software. I just couldn't find any information online telling me if it would or would not.

Very easy to setup. Plug in the Camera into an outlet and plug in the receiver. Works as advertised. Once you install the software the camera shows up. Picture quality is fantastic. Software is very easy to use
