The video quality is reasonable and that's as good as it gets. The software provided is poor, no image flip or mirror so you cannot mount it upside down (i.e. hanging from a shelf) as the image will also be upside down.

I order this item on Tuesday and it came Friday, brilliant. The web-cam is great sits nicely on top of my monitor and one less item to plug in the USB slots, has it has a built in mic. Just didn't come with any instruction, that is needed it it IT...

Great little webcam, small and sleek, clear picture, great value for money - this seemed to be one of the cheapest but with great quality. Have just ordered another one for someone else as we have been so pleased with ours!

Excellent product that fully meets expectations and is easy to install and use -well worth the money

Easy to use, easy to set up, great picture and awesome sound. We use for Skype conference call to US and we got better value than expected.
