The intel camera is a great beginners camera. plug and play, great out of the box. Great price, and ease of use. But since it is a beginners camera, it does not have a lot of options and software. But it does have a good picture, and ease of focus...

You get what you pay for.

Since I wrote this, I've played a lot more with the webcam and things aren't as 'good' as I first thought.

Easy to install and use, good price.

Very basic software. Chunky pictures. Prone to 'locking up'.
