Easy to install and easy to use. Nice, neat little camera, would recommend this product to novices as well as more knowledgeable users.

Looks good, like the shape and size. Auto focus. Easy set up and compatible with skype.

Have to use blue tack to make sure it stays on computer screen, perhaps a thinner or smaller stand compatible with new computer screens would be useful.

It did not state the compatibility on the product pages and therefore the 3 buttons on webcam are useless as they don't work and NONE of the applications will work on my machine.

Its amazing with every respect in terms of its functionality, quality, smart design and beauty.

Suggestion For Company : Cam Software needs more improvement so that it becomes more user friendly especially with yahoo messenger. It should work on one click rather than clicking Refresh button. Secondly there is no need to start the whole software...

very good picture, easy to set up, brilliant looking camera.

doesnt sit on top of screen securely i have a tft screen and its loose could be a problem with laptops.

its fun to use you can create different images,,i am so happy with it

the bad points are not many,instructions were hard to find,i had to find out about things when i downloaded it

a lot of great features to have fun with, not just a camera!

sometimes at certain times of the day the lighting is bad, but you can just reposition yourself (if you have a laptop).
