Software is very difficult to use

I wish I hadn't bought this camera.

Camera itself is small and looks nice

Maybe the built in mic on the camera could be a little better, but nothing worth taking an egg off for.

Disappointed

My daughter opened the box and threw it away before I installed the device, so no sending it back. Most of the items I buy from New Egg are really good.

Everything I hoped for...

A cheap, solid webcam that does everything I need and does it well.

Easy to set up and use. Had it working with Windows Live Messenger within minutes of hooking up. Provides a nice image, and the built in Mic is top-notch. Also, the mounting system for it is much better than many others I have seen. Very easy to get it...

Flawless

I haven't used the software that came with it. I use the web cam for Yahoo! Messenger, and it works great with it.

Everything. Worked as it should straight out of the box

Shipping was more than two days, but I didn't have to pay for shipping and that's not the camera's fault or Newegg's fault

Not the picture quality I expected, but it'll do

The camera will do what I need it to, the drivers were easily obtained from the Hercules support site (CD comes with the camera, my drive is out of commision), camera looks cool and is much smaller than I thought it would be (bonus).

Good price - on sale, easy setup, intuitive features. No dead pixels (like the webcam this one is replacing). You can turn off the bright blue LED

I'll second the yellow tint from a previous reviewer. Using anything other than the standard resolution for pictures, you'll find an EXTREMELY grainy photo

Great cam

Well, a great price, two microphones, and an amazing quality cam with really no wait at all to get it. I recommend it if you want a cheaper cam without scratching off quality.

Well, first off Newegg rocks with free shipping AND i got it the next day after ordering last night. The picture quality is nice, installed software and plugged it in and it was ready to go, it has a mic built into the cam and also comes with a headset...

Only con i can think of is it has a built-in LED blue light, which is pretty dang bright, i haven't used it much yet but so far it's a little too bright for my liking. I just turn it off during use. Other than that? Nothing
