I recommend this camera. It is also adjustable so that it can be hung off of the top of a flat-screen monitor, or as a stand alone camera. XP-SP3 and Win7 recognized the camera with no problems whatsoever.

I got this 2 weeks ago and it looked great for the price.But I was wrong. The webcam was fuzzy and after 17 days the headset and mic stopped working.Not recommended and i will have to buy a new DECENT headset.
