worked fine on vista. did not work on xp sp3 machine. Possible issue with sp3. But support is lacking no official drivers to be found, relies on microsoft drivers, which would be fine, if it worked. It is cute though.

my mac desktop was working properly then as soon as I plugged the webcam it messed up my audio input my microphone and and headphone does not work anymore..... help is there somebody know what to do my audio input is not working.....

Nice for the price. However, the installation CD was not included in the package. The assistant at Radio Shack had to steer me to the website for a download.

Webcam stopped working on second use. Called number on warranty card and was told they don't honor that warranty any more. I have to call manufacturer in Europe and they told me to look up number online. Bought it April 9, 2009 for [$].

No support from maker. They advertise answering your email in 2 days. They don't. Still waitng. I'm surprised that Radio Shack is selling this product and don't believe anyone will ever see this message.
