Gets washing clean and spins really well so less drying time, easy to use. Well built quality machine as expected from samsung . Had machine a couple of months so far and had no problems with it whatsoever.

Programs are longer than my old machine. The music goes on a bit long for my liking when cycle ends.

bit disappointed to see a bit of a build up of washing powder at the back of the dispenser drawer, could be because I don't use the hottest wash very often.

Good range of wash programs which can be customised with different temperature & spin speeds. Easy to use controls & easy to read display panel. Good size door for easy loading.

My old washing machine was 13 years old & could do a 60 degree wash in 1hr 15mins, so I am now getting used to longer wash programs, but this seems the norm with all brands of washing machines currently on the market.

Lots of cycle options, very economic. Large drum and easy to use.

Makes a silly tunes at the end of each cycle which is a bit much
