Terrible
Crap. 8 kg(80 l) wash only 6 kg(60 l max) rinse.Clothes left tangled mess and soapy.LG cust.serv says only do 6 kg wash then.Auto load sensing terrible.Tries to wash bone dry washing.Current model WTR854 and WTR107 looks the same.BEWARE.Fisher Paykel...

Terrible
In Automatic mode it dispenses the detergent during the rinse cycle (go figure !) LG telling me to work around the problem when it clearly cannot do what it stated in their own manual. Was always sceptical of LG quality and had avoided any LG product...
Cannot do what the Manual states. Never puts in enough water in Automatic Sense mode Rude arrogant LG Customer Service people

low grade machine which lints and has a plastic feel about it. sometimes you get what you pay for. I recommend spending a bit more and getting a USA made macine instead
