we've had a great experience with this machine. 5yrs and not a single problem. it seems pretty smart becuase when the spin it slightly out of balance it corrects itself to get a pretty well balanced spin even at high revs.
timer setting to have wash finish at a time you want. well balanced. multiple wash settings including a 30min wash if you're in a hurry or heavy wash for really dirty stuff. large capacity.
like everyone else said it's pretty noisy on the water filling and the spin cycle.

A very deplorable washing machine LG should be ashamed of themselves for stealing peoples money for an item that doesn't do what it's made for. save your money and steer clear of this product as it is nothing but a costly nightmare.

I never found this machine noisy, just unreliable. 3 front loaders in 9 years seems to say something about quality control.
Seems to wash well and not use much water.
