Had my old hot point for 10 years. This machine ticks all the boxes. Very easy to use, choose your cycle ,choose your temp and spin, press the on button and away you go!

Delivery was excellent and my old machine taken away. But washing machine would not start. A Hotpoint Engineer called within three days and found that the door lock was faulty and the back of the machine was severely damaged. He could not have repaired...
