I like the steam refresh facility for dresses that you have only worn for a few hours. Also being able to choose spin speed and temperature in anti stain wash.

It has a large 10kg load which is great and has some excellent washing cycles. It was also a really good price.

Because of the big drum you can load large items, single bed duvets , I used to use my old washer everyday but now only need to use it twice a week , so it saves on electricity and water . Would defenitly recommend to friends and family .

There is no half load option like other washers I have had in the past, that is my only bad point about it.

Looks good and has a nice big door. Works well and is quiet in operation

I would like to have seen Hotpoint include automatically adjusting feet. It was hard getting the adjustment right to stop the machine shaking on fast spins. The display could have been brighter, its hard to see it in sunlight.

I love this machine. It's large drum makes washing bedding etc. so much easier. The whole set of king size fits all at the same time, no more washing the duvet separate from the sheets etc. also bigger loads means the machine is used less frequently so...

The only thing I would say is a downside to the machine is the wash cycle times. Some of them are extremely long and not many are quick. Would have liked a quick wash cycle that really was quick!
