Great wash

Takes too long, 3 hours ... my old machine did it in an hour. Got a large capacity machine for doing duvets, couldn't get the damn thing in the machine. So now got a large capacity machine and not enough dirty laundry!

Big capacity, good flexible programmability.

Bit of a leak on the door seal. Not desperate, but a bit irritating.

Had the washer 3 weeks and had to get engineering dept out as motor was showing error signs. Was advised even though its a 10kg drum not to put big loads in??

I feel this machine is going to have ongoing problems

Drum size is amazing and has reduced my amounts of washes. Quick cycles on 30 and 40 degrees make it easier to manage load times in the morning.

It's either a quick or very long wash. Nothing in between.

It washes well & with a new machine you can trust that you will get a good result,
