Scrap metal

I'd give this 0 if I could and I'd never buy another Hoover appliance. It regularly fails to drain and frequently comes up with error 8 for no particular reason. Hoover want £15.99/mth just for parts so I'll be cutting my losses to buy a different brand.

Faulty after 4 washes

Ten days and four washes after delivery, the machine door did not unlock after the programme had finished and I cannot get my clothes out. Very inconvenient.

Hoover DYN9164DPG-80

I have only had this washer for about 3 weeks but find it to be a well built machine with features and buttons which are easy to understand and use without refering to the manual, although you do learn more upon reading it through. Washing times are...

The draw for the washing powder and conditioner seems a little plasticy and cheap. Conditioner filled to the suggested marked level can slosh around into other compartments as you close the draw, so I add a little less.
