I wish I had my old washer back

 

This washer is horrible at best. We purchased this washer almost a year ago and have never been happy with it. Approximately 70% of all loads go out of balance and require manual redistribution of load. We thought at first that this was our fault...

Appearance - guests always compliment us on our beautiful washer and dryer

Stay Away!

 

Just got this GE washer less than 1 week ago. Repair service has been here twice and is scheduled again. This washer cannot spin with clothes in it. No matter what the load, it starts spinning at slow speed, then stops, turns left and right a few ...

Good price, low energy usage.

Won't spin correctly. No "rinse and spin" cycle. Takes much longer than it should.
