GE Built In Dishwasher CDWT980RSS

This is a very nice dishwasher with lots of different settings and options. It looks beautiful and runs very, very quietly. My only gripe is that, like most dishwashers, the top rack doesn't get completely dry. Other than that, it's very good.

Frigidaire Affinity ATF6700FS

Good deals, electric company rebates and a buyer for my 7 year old front loader gave me a sudden motivation to upgrade to a newer, larger machine. I hit Consumer Reports (CR), Epinions and various department store websites to narrow my ...

GE Front Load Washer WBVH5200JWW

I like the washer a lot more than my old washer. It seems more energy efficient and cleans the clothes much better. It's not, however, the best washer. I feel like it's missing something. On hand-wash settings, for instance, the low spin cycle makes...

Maytag EPIC z MHWZ600TE

I really like this product. I feel that the washer is quiet though the dryer starts to shake when it really gets going. Good product other than that.

GE Built In Dishwasher GSD6900N

While this dishwasher has a nice appearance and flexible interior configuration, it does a poor job of cleaning dishes. Switching to the “pots and pans” setting made things better, but we still ended up with dried food left over on our plates and...

Maytag MAF1375AAW

This machine has served us well for over 3 years - had it repaired once for not draining. only issue is Whirlpool are synonymous for CRAP customer service/repairs/parts availability - even the repairman said so. Luckily he had a generic replacement...

LG Washer WM1832CW

I highly recommend against this washing machine, it has some serious design flaws, specifically with the rubber seal for the door. It does not drain and is difficult to clean, and a rather gross brown slim develops on the outside of the drum. Pretty...

Samsung WA5471ABP

The Samsung WA5471ABP (MSRP $1299) is not a cheap washer. Not only does it look and feel expensive, but it costs a lot to purchase and operate. If you need a washer with a large capacity and lots of custom wash cycles and also have cash to spare, the...

Fisher & Paykel EcoSmart WA42T26GW1

You have got to be kidding Fisher & Paykel. Harvey Norman went out of their way to replace the first machine delivered because of the noise the machine emitted just before going into the spin cycle (which I recorded so that the salesman could hear, and...
