LG 360 VR

The 360 VR is LG's attempt to use virtual reality to promote its new phone, the LG G5. This VR headset made its appearance alongside a number of other G5-compatible "Friends" at the phone's launch earlier this year. Unlike the Samsung Gear VR, which...

Hands on: Hands on LG 360 VR review: not so much Gear VR as Oh Dear VR

By making its headset compact and light, LG seems to have ruined the experience

Lightweight and easy to use ; Surely it'll be cheap. Surely…

Poor visuals ; Feels cheap ; Ugly

LG VR 360 review

LG takes a new approach to virtual reality

Sleek design ; Portable

Uncomforable ; Low res screens

A neat idea from LG, but one you feel still needs a little more work to start a new chapter in the VR story.

LG 360 VR preview: A unique perspective on mobile VR

LG surprised many with the launch of the LG 360 VR, a virtual reality headset announced alongside the LG G5 at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. LG surprised us with the launch of the LG 360 VR, but we're impressed with the independent route that LG...

LG 360 VR review

LG's first stab at virtual reality gets off to a very fuzzy start

Lighter than its rivals ; Intuitive controls

Pricier than its rivals ; Fuzzy, blurry images ; Massive lack of content ; Poor design lets in light

Small, light and comfortable, with innovative controls, the 360 VR could have been a great headset. Disastrous fundamentals, however, hold it back.

LG 360 VR review: LG's first VR headset is virtually unusable

The LG 360 VR might be lightweight, but the experience is weighed down by some odd design decisions.

The LG 360 VR has a compact and light design that's very comfortable to wear.

It's not a good VR experience, has terrible light leakage and looks really uncool.

There are better VR experiences to be had than the LG 360 VR, and better G5 accessories to spend your money on.

LG's first VR headset is virtually unusable

It seems like everyone is having a crack at making a virtual reality headset, so why shouldn't LG get to have a go? After all, if Viewmaster can stage a VR comeback, then surely so can the Korean electronics giant?

LG 360 VR Review

Like the LED bulb that is now permeating the market, so has virtual reality been around for decades—in one form or another. And true to the seemingly universal rule of thumb that dictates that anything legitimately cool we see on TV eventually makes...

High-resolution display ; Lightweight and compact ; Interface re-centering is an idea worth stealing

Crazy expensive for what it offers ; Unconvincing build quality ; Eyeglass temples will tear at your ears ; Light blocker' isn't much good at blocking light ; Limited to USB Type-C smartphones ; Eats through your phone's battery like crazy ;...
