The only bad point is the extending pipes which fit to the cleaner head. Thes come apart on me when I'm cleaning, I've contemplated putting some super glue on to keep it pemanently joined up, but am hesitant 'cos I might regret doing this. Other bad...

lightweight and handy for a second cleaner to keep upstairs

Tubes come apart easily and maybe cable isn't long enough, but what can you expect for the money?
