It looks good. Comes with a range of tools. The removal of the main cylinder and long cable allowed incredibly easy vacuuming of the stairs. Certainly put my old one to shame

The plastic components feel very flimsy and on the whole the cleaner seems badly designed. On the plus side the steering is good and the suction excellent.

I don't have carpeting so did not think I needed a vac. However with cats that throw their biscuits it is a godsend. I admit it not light but it is adaptable and easy to empty, no more trying to fit bags, just press a button over a bin and it is empty....
