This is the worst vacumn I have ever owned. It does not pick up pet hair as described. I think sucking through a straw would be more effective! Should of taken note and not bought this item as it is total rubbish.

Power started cutting out from day one. One minute it would work, the next nothing. The pet cleaner attachment is good for removing hair to start with but then stops working after a few uses. Rang Hoover as still under guarantee and they replaced it...

bought this on January 2010,it was broke down after few uses,not as profesional as it was described..

When I brought this vacuum I thought it looked good and had the features that I required for its usage, but after the 1st use it went downhill after that. The suction...what suction! And it smelt as well. A waste of money.
