The steamer did not work and had to be returned to store, Luckily Argos replaced it and I upgraded to a vax. Much better, I was very disappointed in the Shark as it came highly recommended

I bought this steam cleaner thinking it would clean like it said it did and I was very disappointed when it didn't. It does not clean baseboards, stoves or anything that it says it would. I would not advise anyone to buy this.

This is ther best steamer I have ever seen I was skeptical at first but it cleans and sanitizes everything. I use it for my uniform removes wrinkles. I use it to clean patio glass doors works wonderful.
