I've knocked a star off as this hoover is awful for hoovering rugs. Other than that I've a German Shepherd & kitten & the Shark picks all the hairs up my dog malts every day so it has some work to do. Purchased from Shark direct so saved £100 instead...

Have had so many hoovers, push me pull you efforts and Dyson's which just dont seem to be as good as they were. I love how the shark comes apart to reach awkward places and clicks back so easily. Does a great job sorting out hair. Only downside for me...

I have had this hoover for over nearly 2years now and it still picks up as good as it did when i bought it. I love the way i can lift the dust compartment off so i can hoover underneath beds, the tools come in handy for hoovering the stairs too. T

I've had this for about 6 months or so and I absolutely love it! From design to suction this hoover is amazing. I couldn't go nowhere else apart from Shark! Can't wait to try more products. Lovely customer service too!
