Very happy with this vacuum. Have three dogs and it picks up hair effortlessly. Very easy to clean the rollers. Great on hard floors and the lift off makes it light and easy to use.

I'd not heard of Shark before my purchase, but by far and away the best vacuum cleaner I've had. Superb quality & performance all round.

Powerful cleaner, the DuoClean is easy to operate when moving to different floor coverings and the lift away makes it easier for stairs and high places etc.

I have found this to be the most convenient cleaner I have come across so far. Many new ideas that others have not thought of. The one thing that is still being ignored is a better way of storing the power lead which doesn't interfere with usage.

Been with dyson for a long time thought I will try shark company bought the nv800 duo and was speechless the quality and performance outclassed my old dyson. It's so light that hoovering is so easy thank you
