Consumer review (newegg.com)

A little dumb, but still a great deal

I got this on sale and feel it was a great deal. I now only have to vacuum every other week to cover a couple tiny spots here and there.

Can vacuum my 2 bedroom apartment within a few hours. My cat is fascinated by it. Jumps between my wood floors and carpet without any issue. Comes with a hand-dandy remote and is easy to set up and use.

It spends hours trying to make its way around my dining table and usually dies there before it finds its way back to the dock. Though mostly quiet, when it bumps into the right furniture, you can hear a ruckus. Kinda scary when you're home alone and...

Nope!

I wish there was some

Unit runs around a room but will not pickup even the smallest piece of dust or lint. There is no beater bar on it either, just a tiny little port. The pick up port is only about 1/3 of the entire width and without a beater bar this unit simple does not...

Sonic Attack

Was really hoping this would be a good item, but the high pitch noise is just awful. I tried emailing the manufacturer about this - but didn't get a response.

Emits an extremely annoying high pitched noise while charging. This noise eventually gives me a headache.

I almost return it

By the lack of roller brush, the RolliBot may be more gentle to rug and carpet. It moves fast on wood floor and a little quieter than the Neato but I find myself deploying the Neato more.

I think BL168 works mainly for wood floor, using 2 spinning side brushes to direct dirt to a 2" center vacuum slot. While it collects dirt on wood floor, very little lint is pickup on rug and carpet. My Neato with 12 inches roller brush fills the bin...

The RolliBot has difficulty go over a 1" rug. Although it claims 4 cleaning modes, it cleans according to room situation in auto.
