worked once, then just died - but this was some time after we had bought it but we couldn't remember where bought till I stumbled on this email. so too long ago to get refund - total waste of money.

Did not work. Had it on charge for 2 days before sending it back.

A solid feeling unit, that is easy to use and quite powerful. I do not find the locating bracket a problem to use. Good value.

The crevice attachment broke quite soon after the vacuum was bought and the end of it had to be cut off to make it usable again. Also the wall bracket needs to be re-designed because it is very difficult to line up the slot on the back of the machine...
