Excellent Steam cleaning ability, average dry vacuum ability (compared to my Dyson Animal DC11) A quality built device, really solid feel to it.

The clip holding the main vacuum tube to the body is too weak, every time you try to pull the thing along, it unclips itself. Too expensive. It can take a long time for the steam to be ready to use (10 to 15 minutes sometimes)
