Sweeps hard floors well.

Tends to get stuck. Messages about being stuck seem to get sent hours after the event. Messages to clear bin and filter appear before bin and need cleaning.

She cleans better than I do. She remembers which bits she's done.

Emptying the dust bin

Single charge covers the whole of my downstairs - 3 rooms with 3 different floorings. Gets under the kitchen cabinets easily. Can be scheduled to clean, which i use.

The dirt box is a bit messy to empty as are the filters to clean, however, this takes five mins, compared to the time I would be hoovering etc. It disconnects from my wifi every so often...though this doesn't alter the scheduled cleans etc.

I can set him to do the cleaning when I'm at work and come home to a clean house. He sends me little messages when he's finished or if he gets stuck. With square end he can get into corners.....brilliant

The hoover is great and is really smart. Does the room well with no left out spot.

Price is challenging, but worth it to be honest

Fantastic bit of kit, carpets/wood/ceramic floors have never been so clean. Help it help you and you will love it.

Nice to set it to vac room during the night, i have mostly tiled floors so it does a reasonable job.

It does miss areas, and it can get itself stuck so i have to move dining chairs and breakfast bar stools beforehand, it cant cope with deep pile carpet/rugs and switches itself off! It is not a replacement for the upright vac but it keeps the floors...

Frees up some time to do other chores

It seems to get lost around my house so it doesn't clean the whole ground floor. The "spot" clean is a v small area so you have to supervise it and end up thinking it would have been quicker to get the normal vacuum out!

Clever little thing. Saves time and house is definitely cleaner as it is vacuumed more often. Good at getting out of tight spots.

Brush stopped spinning after 2 weeks. Phoned Neato and got a free replacement brush. Also a few days later there was a technical fault and the display went dead. Neato helped me to reset the machine over the phone.
