Where do I start: (1) The rubber seal ripped and part of it came away, the first time I opened the top to empty. (2) the yellow handle came off when I tried to lift out the dust container. (3) The suction is really bad for a machine boasting 2100W...

Not good for people with dogs!!

This vacuum cleaner is light & compact. It works well, as long as you empty it regularly, and clean the filters.

Is not as efficient as the cleaner it replaced and makes vacuuming hard work

Varaible power at it's highest the suction is excellent but it's easily turned down to suit the job in hand

not very easy to mange but I an used to an upright but I'm sure I'll get used to it

well worth the money great performance would recommend it to anyone
