Tube difficult to get in. Extension rackhet keeps slipping

Dust Bag is not easy to empty without being lightly dusted.

Works as well as a dyson and is light and easy to use round the house

The paper filter had to be replaced fairly early on after 6months.

Engineer has been called twice to fix the suction control mechanism. Still unable to adjust the suction power as the engineer failed to fix it the second time. He has recommended to the manufacturers that a new machine should be sent.
