One of the better

 

I have used a shampooer every since my husband and I got married over 15 years ago. I have tried the Bissell and the Hoover both.

It has the surge cleaner and it is fantastic

had three in 18 months-all clean water tanks leaked bad!!,real bad, real bad

 

I have had 3 of these in the past 18 months. (I purchased the first one and the other two were replacements)

does a good job when not leaking, (I think?)

three out of three have had cracked clean water tanks and valves that leaked

Hoover Steam Vac

 

I bought mine 4 months ago and have had to obtain 4 new tanks for it. The plastic dispensing tank is too thin or brittle at the corner with the dispensing valve. It cracks and breaks and leaks. I contavted my local service dealer and he had replaced...
