Replacement under warranty - another dud

We got our latest Hoover Freejet as a replacement for another Hoover cordless that stopped sucking just before the 2 year warranty ran out. This new one worked great, for a while. Now the same thing has happened, no suction. The brushes sweep stuff...

so far so good no let downs

I purchased this 19.2v unit (from Godfreys') to replace my trusty 14v d/buster that was dropped and rendered useless. So far we find that this Hoover has excelled itself in 12 mths giving trouble free service. It has a 2yr warranty: but I do keep it in...

Great thing!

Purchased the little stick vacuum about 6 months ago. I just wanted something to clean up ash etc around the fire and the bugs that seem to get in every day (live in the country) without having to get the main vacuum out. I am amazed at how well it has...

Easy to manouver around furniture, picks up most stuff, really quite good on carpet and is always ready to go

Little noisy, does not seem as effective on hard floors

We have worn out a few cordless vacuums , always using them as a carpet sweeper in between weekly vacuums, Now with our new Hoover Freejet it does such a good job we rarely get out our big industrial type of cleaner. The battery pack that I was...

Great for a Stick Vacuum - its never going to suck your arm off

We needed a little stick vacuum.. As it turns out we didn't.. To get the dog's hair off the couch each morning and pick up the kids crumbs each lunch time you really need at least 18V.. The Hoover Freejet also has a turbo head. Its great to quickly...

Good sucking power with the turbo head, small for storage

Bad sucking power in handheld, not that cheap really

Rubbish, save your money for something that actually works.

Purchased 14 months ago. Vacuum didn't pick up anything unless the brush head was on, even on tiles. Now 14 months later, the brush has stopped turning, which means that the vacuum picks up nothing. Called Hoover as instructed to do in the owners...

Expensive, poor service from manufacturer and store, poor suction

this vacuum cleaner appears to be real value for money.Although we have only had this cleaner for about 2 months it has proved to live up to all expectations compared to a previous different brand that we had for about 2 years ( was good for about 2...
