When using the in tool mode but not on the stairs, the hose clip at the bottom does not retain the hose, this can cause the cleaner to pull over if not carefull.

Very light and easily manouvered

The Hoover is very light weight and sometimes falls over when using the pipe.

Light weight, tools well stored and easily used. Love the carpet care control from short pile through to luxury thickness. Looks good.

Dust collector far too small requires constant emptying.

The hoover looks nice and it is bag less which saves money buying hoover bags.

Unfortunately the hoover became blocked shortly after we bought it and hasn't worked properly since. It constantly drops dirt and fluff on carpets and won't lift anything properly from the laminate floor. This hoover is also very heavy to maneuovre so...
