I have to turn it upside down to remove air locks before the machine works and this can take up to one hour, these are the instructions from the company who have had simlier complaints..it is a toal waste of time..I M THROWING IT OUT and buying...

It is absolutely brilliant on wooden floors and vinyl. Good on carpeted steps

bung does not stay in - needs seloptape to hold it. water runs out very quickly indeed. only pad tends to pull off when in direct contact with ground - have used another cloth tied in place over the top to hold it on and also to pick up the dirt...

does not clean well at all. took ages to clean a tiled floor and i still had to do it again by hand.

don't need to use other household products.

the pads are hard to clean.

Light weight and easy to operate - great value for money dont know what i did without it.
