The vac worked well for about a year. Now the brushes don't turn, there is no suction and Godfrey's won't even attempt to fix it as they say they can get parts for it.

Don't buy this one its rubbish, heavy last for a few months then overheats and stops working I've had two replacements from grunn so far, and refuse another one like this model stay away from it. Its hard to manover, heavy tips over all the time, too...

Bought it on living social. Found scary reviews about the brand and their products. Used the cleaner twice, it has good suction, much better than my previous one. I haven't tried Dyson before so can't compare them. Hope it keeps working like this.
