Absolute junk. The teeth of the jaws have chipped away after two tiles. I would rather have to chew through the next tile than use these things again.

the nipper definitely works but it requires a lot of patients and practice to get it right. it's easier if you put the tiles upside down while cutting because you'll be able to see the ridges, which are much harder to cut directly. but overall, this...
