As the machine was out of warranty we paid for the repairs and I took up with him the problem of the steam escaping from the handle area through a fracture that occurs in a very short time and that we had had 3 new hoses under warranty and that I had...

Nothing it is a cheap and nasty machine masquerading as a quality one don't be fooled

Everything and even the repair agent cant be honest about it.

TR7 is efficient, thorough and easy to use.

It is a little heavy but can get used to it.
