This is an excellent purchase for light cleaning, I would go with something more substantial if you wanted to clean a large area regularly.

For a lightweight model this vacuum is pretty powerful. It picks up everything on carpeting and isn't too noisy. It's not bulky or cumbersome. The only drawback is that the hose too often falls out of its place while vacuuming, not sure if it's because...
