ITS QUITE EASY TO USE

PERFORMANCE IS REALLY POOR , DOES NOT PICK UP MUCH AT ALL. WAS SERIOUSLY THINKING OF TAKEN IT BACK TO STORE ITS THAT BAD

The variable power switch is a fantastic function. it's easy to empty the cylinder of waste. It's lightweight & easy to use. The 2000watts power gives great cleaning results, even on natural sisal flooring.

The Hepa filter can get clogged a bit by the dirt, so making it slightly more work to empty. The metal attachment halfway up the extension pole can also catch/dent furniture.

Suction at full speed is too powerful and end up jamming the filter system instantly resulting in no suction. The hoover pole is too long and you can't just detach the head, you have to detach the whole pole and head meaning that in you want to use it...
