Fantastic suction and really does get up the dog hairs which was a crucial factor in buying. The dust container is very easy to use as are the tools.

It was difficult and time-consuming to assemble and a bit heavy but the only thing I really don't like is the length of the hose - or lack of it!

light but solid; easy to use and easy to clean out - have had more expensive vacume cleaners and this is just as good - suction in excellent

takes a while to figure out how to put it together but that is becasue I am female and don't read the instruction booklet

Heavy to use, and difficult to keep in a straight line. Rear chassis frame too low which makes wheeling it forward on the rear wheels very difficult. Carrying it [ when not vacuuming] the only alternative. OK if you're young and fit! Higher brackets...

when vacuming the stairs its easy to pull the cleaner over.

Having now got a cat I found the fur was picked up much better with my new cleaner. It has a long flex so I don't have to keep unplugging it. It has different settings for different piles in the carpets.

Being a pensioner I find it a bit heavy to carry up the stairs.
