This unit is very dirty to use and clean.Not only that,It constantly plugs up and at that point blows dirt back out on the carpet I'm trying to clean.I'll not be buying another dirt devil product.i wouldn't even feel god giving this one away for free. jps

You have to replace the brushes with this 'pad'. A total waste of money, in my humble opinion. I would not recommend this product. I would get a Swiffer!
