Really easy to use. When you see the dirt it lifts out of the carpet you will realise it is an absolute must for asthma and allergy sufferers. I would thoroughly recommend this cleaner.

Not expensive, but does a great job. Only problem is that the hose slips out of the receptacle on the vacuum occasionally and I don't notice but otherwise it is a good value product.
