Do not buy. I only had it 5 months and the motor froze up. Unable to be fixed. Only used on bare floors not overused or over worked. If I could afford to I would pack it up and send it back to hsn.. HSN should give me credit

Easy to use but very effective. We have a cat which has not learned to use the litter tray and this product has saved us having to replace a carpet several times. Much better than hiring a carpet cleaner for small, localised stains.
