You sent me the wrong type of filter when I ordered an F5 one. I had to send it back and pay for postage. The postage should have been free since it was your mistake. I am NEVER buying filters from you again. It was not the F5!

Excellent suction power better than a dyson cyclonic technology and a real bargain price, but the only drawback for me is that it IS very heavy to lift up the stairs! So out of ten my score for this hoover is 9/10.
