This never lost suction during the first month. It's been replaced with a Henry which is much better. Very disappointed with this product. Was used in normal house cleaning conditions, hopeless.

My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that the tanks are small and require frequent filling/emptying. (I was aware of this before I purchased it.) I would purchase it again in a heartbeat!

I've had another vileda window cleaner which was really hard plastic and very strong. This looks and feels like cheap plastic. I have to be careful with it because I feel it will snap.

The belts I received were not the same as the genuine Panasonic belts I have in my vacuum cleaner. They were flimsy and not as heavy duty, and the supposed UB-7 belt was larger. Therefore, I don't trust these belts.
