Mine worked for 5 minutes and the motor burned. Too bad it was used only after the 30 days Newegg return policy. Had to return it from Canada to USA and cost 35 $ to return it.

Every time I run the vacuum I smell the belt overheating. The roller brush turns freely so it is not caused by too much load on the belt. These are generic.

These work great, but I didn't realize that they were scented and I am allergic to scents. I use them and then have to leave the area. They do work well.

This blade was super sharp for 2 or 3 uses, then it seems to be not much different from my old blade. Another rater talked about a process for "sharpening" these blades which is really just cleaning them very thoroughly with a fine wire brush. I think...

Probably better to order them in the 3 pack, as you end up getting a better deal. I have kids, so as often as these get used, they tend to only last a month.

What can I say. The priority for me was low noise volume. This model is whisper-quiet on normal setting but very powerful. On full power it still isn't loud but it picks up the carpet from the floor and can pull small items from across the room....

I whack as much dust as I can out of the Bissel Pet Hair Eraser filter whenever I empty it, but after a while it became obvious that it wasn't working as well as it used to. This replacement filter made it work like new again.

Definitely better than my Dyson that this replaced but you have to still seriously put in some work to remove pet hairs. That said, I think our Dalmatians hair is potential quite tricky as it is coarse and stiff, also they malt heavily.
