So far I love everything about it! It heats up very quickly and the pads are easy to change. I am very happy with the results!!

Lightweight design and easy to mannouvre

Poor steam rate on all floor types . Stopped working after only 1 month and the warranty process requires me to find an authorised service centre - not exactly convenient .

Only used it once so far , so it's a bit early to say.

assembly was quite awkward. I hoped it would get my pale coloured floor grouting in my kitchen clean. Up to a point it did but I still needed to scrub grout by hand.
