Easy to use

It is easy to use andcleans hard floors well

I was hoping to use it on my carpet but this model doesnt come with the attachment for carpets. That is my fault for not reading the box correctly

Need to have a longer power cable even 1.5 extra meter would be good.

Great steamer,does a good job without making the floors really wet.

The cord is far too short to give good coverage,which makes life a lot more difficult.
