This product is great. Cleans the floor thoroughly without streaks and dries very quickly.

I have arthritis in my hands so find it a bit difficult to manoeuver; it's quite heavy.

Angled head so that you can get under beds etc. Easy to use refill water bottle. Easy to wind up the cord which is reasonably long allowing two medium size rooms to be done.

Tips over guite easily unless propped up.

Is quickly ready for use

On glazed ceramic floors does not dry quickly and leaves wet patches. Have stopped using it, getting better results from old method of micro fibre cloth and pusher.

good item, husband can work it solo!!

Far better clean than previous steam mops that I have had. Does not wet floor too much therefore dries quicker. More cleaning surface with rectangular mop head

Having to keep switch held in to get mop to work (tiring on finger. Bad design having to take water tank off every time to refill with water
